I'm back for one last post of the week! This time I thought I would tell you all about what I got up to the day after I got back form Ireland a little while ago which was going to see Little Mix on their Summer Shout Out tour at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, London. As always I loved ever single millisecond. Little Mix never fail to impress me and put so much energy into their shows. You can really tell that they have worked hard on putting on a good show.
The venue for this show was open air and you had an amazing view of London and Docklands behind the stage. Another benefit of the show being open air was that you got to see the sun set behind the stage as Little Mix were performing. As well as that there were drinks and burger vans which gave the gig a festival vibe.
Little Mix played songs from all of their albums, including Black Magic, Secret Love Song, Wings, Power and You Gotta Not. My personal favourite was Black Magic as its so upbeat, cheerful and fun. Something I particularly loved about the gig was the fact that, towards the end of the show, they let streamers out into the crowd. I've never been at a gig where they let streamers out before.
I also have a special mention to the staff and security at the gig as they did an amazing job of making me feel safe at the gig. After what happened at the Ariana Grande Manchester gig the other person I was with was understandably a little bit nervous about going. However, security was very tight and everybody was made to feel very safe.
Overall, it was an amazing gig which I would do all over again if I could in a heartbeat. As always, I hope you have enjoyed this post and if you want to see any type or particular posts on here feel free to let me know in the comments below on twitter or instagram. I'll be back with a new post on Monday so see you next week!
Bye,
Abbey xx
